The position
The responsibility includes Systematic Problem Solving,
developing Change Requests, handling deviations and implementing
preventive measures while also leading optimizations and
performance stabilization activities. We work collaboratively with
the entire department to ensure the stability of the
organization's production equipment, and we share on rotation 24/7
on call duty, to maintain best performance of our production lines.
Our team works together with many stakeholders internally as well as externally and both foreign and domestic suppliers.

About the department
You will be joining our highly motivated department,
consisting of committed craftsmen and professionals. Our primary
task is to prepare for the production start-up of a brand-new
isolator filling line. We are currently in the project phase but
will soon take over equipment responsibility.
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in
preparing for production start and ensure stable operation during
